Nasci em Itajubá em 1989 filho de um carioca com uma mineira e logo me mudei para o Rio onde deveria morar.
Quando tinha 3 anos (diz minha mãe) ela e ele se separaram. Aos 7 me mudei para Maria da Fé, onde a vida parecia mais calma.
Me levou um tempo para perceber COMO as coisas eram diferentes. Um colega de classe chamado Marcos Vinícius me atingiu com um objeto triangular de madeira na testa e me fez temer ficar naquele ambiente.
Agora entendo que isso me marcou de forma muito mais profunda do que supunha, e me mudei para Itajubá aos 8, com a energia do medo.
Moramos numa fazenda, onde havia bem menos pessoas do numa cidade grande.
O contato com os mineiros adicionou uma outra dimensão a experiência que eu tive no Rio, porque o jeito dos mineiros era muito diferente.

I was born in Itajubá in 1989 from a carioca and a mineira and soon moved to Rio where I was suposed to live.
When I was 3 my parents split up, and 3 years later I came back with my mother where life was calmer.
It took me some time to realize HOW things were different.
Apart not having friends we went straight to her home town, where she owned a farm, and I grew up having that as my background.
The close contact with the mineiros added another dimension to the experience I had from Rio.
